How to access your WOCOM Client Portal

Sign In

Go to the WOCOM Login Page

Visit the login page and select Programmable SIP from the service options.

Enter your credentials

Use the Username or Email provided in your activation email, along with your password.

Click "Sign In"

You'll be taken to your portal dashboard with live call stats and account overview.

Forgot your password?

Click "Forgot Password?"

Below the login form, click the forgot password link.

Choose recovery method

Select Email (reset link) or SMS (6-digit code) to verify your identity.

Create a new password

Follow the instructions to set a new secure password and sign in again.

🔒
Security: Sessions expire after 1 hour of inactivity. Login is rate-limited to 5 attempts per 5 minutes to protect your account.

Live updates: Active calls use WebSocket connections for instant updates. Statistics are computed from your CDR records in real time.

📞 Extension Number

Your internal extension for making and receiving calls.

🟢 Registration Status

Green = online and ready. Red = offline. Check your phone configuration if offline.

🔑 SIP Password

Hidden by default. Click the eye icon to reveal for phone/softphone configuration.

📡 SIP Domain

Server address provided in your activation email. Used to register your SIP device.

👥 Microsoft Teams

Webhook-based call event notifications for team collaboration and routing.

Select your CRM platform

Choose from Gorgias, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Teams on the integrations page.

Enter your CRM credentials

Provide your API key, email, or authorize via OAuth depending on the platform.

Generate Widget URL

After saving your config, generate a secure widget URL. This token is valid for 24 hours.

Paste into your CRM

Copy the widget URL and paste it into your CRM's sidebar or widget settings. Agents can now make calls directly from inside the CRM.

Important: Widget URLs expire after 24 hours for security. Generate a new one when it expires. CRM API keys are stored permanently and don't need to be re-entered.

Click "Profile" in the sidebar

Navigate to your profile page to view account details and organization info.

Review your information

Confirm your username, email, company, extension, DID, and plan details are correct.

Change your password

Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click "Update Password".

Best practice: Use a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Minimum 6 characters required.
