A complete visual walkthrough of your WOCOM Client Portal. Each section below shows exactly what you'll see and how to use it.
🔒 Login Screen
How to access your WOCOM Client Portal
Sign in to your portal
Manage your communications
Go to the WOCOM Login Page
Visit the login page and select Programmable SIP from the service options.
Enter your credentials
Use the Username or Email provided in your activation email, along with your password.
Click "Sign In"
You'll be taken to your portal dashboard with live call stats and account overview.
Forgot your password?
Click "Forgot Password?"
Below the login form, click the forgot password link.
Choose recovery method
Select Email (reset link) or SMS (6-digit code) to verify your identity.
Create a new password
Follow the instructions to set a new secure password and sign in again.

Real-time table of in-progress calls. Auto-refreshes every 5 seconds via WebSocket.

Bar chart showing inbound vs outbound call volume over the past week.

📞 Extension Number
Your internal extension for making and receiving calls.
🟢 Registration Status
Green = online and ready. Red = offline. Check your phone configuration if offline.
🔑 SIP Password
Hidden by default. Click the eye icon to reveal for phone/softphone configuration.
📡 SIP Domain
Server address provided in your activation email. Used to register your SIP device.
📄 Call Logs
Complete history of all your calls
Set date range
Use the start and end date pickers to narrow down your search period.
Filter by direction
Select All, Inbound, Outbound, or Local to see specific call types.
Choose page size
Display 10, 25, 50, or 100 results per page. Use pagination to browse through records.
🎤 Recordings
Listen to and download call recordings

Click the play button to listen to any recording directly in your browser. No download required.
⬇ Download
Save recordings as audio files for offline access, training, or compliance archiving.
📅 Date Filtering
Use the date range picker to narrow results to a specific time period.

G Gorgias
API Key + Email auth. Click-to-call sidebar widget with screen pops for helpdesk agents.
Z Zoho CRM
OAuth integration. Contact lookup, automatic call logging, and embedded softphone widget.
👥 Microsoft Teams
Webhook-based call event notifications for team collaboration and routing.
Select your CRM platform
Choose from Gorgias, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Teams on the integrations page.
Enter your CRM credentials
Provide your API key, email, or authorize via OAuth depending on the platform.
Generate Widget URL
After saving your config, generate a secure widget URL. This token is valid for 24 hours.
Paste into your CRM
Copy the widget URL and paste it into your CRM's sidebar or widget settings. Agents can now make calls directly from inside the CRM.
👤 Profile Settings
Account information and password management
Click "Profile" in the sidebar
Navigate to your profile page to view account details and organization info.
Review your information
Confirm your username, email, company, extension, DID, and plan details are correct.
Change your password
Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click "Update Password".
