Sign up for WOCOM Programmable SIP

If you don't already have a WOCOM Flexi-SIP Trunk, choose a plan that fits your call volume. Programmable SIP is included at no extra cost with every trunk.

Connect Zoho CRM via Marketplace

Inside your Zoho CRM account, navigate to Settings → Marketplace and search for "WOCOM 876 Telephony". Click "Add", then confirm by clicking "OK". Your Zoho CRM will automatically connect with the WOCOM Client Portal and activate your voice services.

You'll need Zoho CRM Administrator access to install marketplace extensions. The WOCOM 876 Telephony extension handles OAuth authorization automatically.

Configure call handling rules

Set up how calls are mapped to your CRM:

  • Inbound calls: Auto-match caller ID to contacts/leads, trigger screen pop
  • Outbound calls: Enable click-to-call from contact records
  • Missed calls: Create tasks or send email notifications
  • Unknown callers: Auto-create as new lead with phone number pre-filled
  • Call recordings: Attach recordings to the activity log (optional)

Frequently asked questions

What Zoho CRM editions are supported?
The WOCOM integration works with Zoho CRM Standard, Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions. The Free edition does not support third-party telephony integrations. If you're on Zoho One, you're covered.
Does click-to-call work on mobile devices?
Click-to-call is supported on the Zoho CRM web app (desktop browsers). On mobile, tapping a phone number will use your device's native dialer. Call activity logging still works regardless of how the call is placed through your WOCOM trunk.
Are call recordings stored in Zoho CRM?
Yes, if call recording is enabled on your WOCOM trunk, recordings are attached as links on the corresponding call activity in Zoho CRM. Recordings are stored securely on WOCOM's servers and accessible via the activity log. Storage retention depends on your WOCOM plan.
What happens if a caller isn't in my CRM?
When an unknown number calls, WOCOM can automatically create a new Lead in Zoho CRM with the caller's phone number pre-filled. You can configure this behaviour in the WOCOM Connect portal — choose to create a lead automatically, show a manual prompt, or skip lead creation entirely.
Can I use this with Zoho Desk or other Zoho apps?
Currently, the WOCOM integration connects directly to Zoho CRM. However, because Zoho CRM shares data with Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho apps natively, your call data flows into those tools automatically through Zoho's own sync. A dedicated Zoho Desk integration is on our roadmap.
How many users can use the integration?
There's no per-user limit for the integration. Every user in your Zoho CRM org with a WOCOM extension can make and receive calls through the integration. The number of simultaneous calls depends on your Flexi-SIP Trunk channel count.
Do I need a separate SIP trunk for Zoho CRM?
No. Programmable SIP (including the Zoho CRM integration) is included free with every WOCOM Flexi-SIP Trunk plan. If you already have a WOCOM trunk, you can enable the Zoho integration right away at no additional cost.
What if Zoho CRM is down or unreachable?
Your phone system continues to work normally. Calls still flow through your WOCOM SIP trunk and can be answered. Any call data (activity logs, lead creation, etc.) is queued by WOCOM's middleware and automatically synced once Zoho CRM is reachable again. No data is lost.
