Do I need a separate SIP trunk for Programmable SIP?
No. Programmable SIP is included with every WOCOM Flexi-SIP Trunk plan at no extra cost. If you already have a Flexi-SIP Trunk, you can enable Programmable SIP integrations right away. If you're new, simply choose a Flexi-SIP plan and we'll set up both your trunk and your CRM connection.
Which CRMs are supported?
Currently, Gorgias, Zoho CRM, and 3CX PBX are fully available. Microsoft Teams, Freshworks, Salesforce, and HubSpot CRM are coming soon. We're adding new integrations regularly — contact us if you need a specific platform.
Do I need coding skills to set this up?
Not at all. WOCOM handles the technical setup. For most integrations, you just need to provide your CRM credentials (like an API key or login), and our team configures everything. We also provide step-by-step setup guides for self-service if you prefer.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We support number porting for Jamaican 876 numbers. Your existing customers can keep calling the same number — the difference is that now those calls are connected to your CRM and business tools behind the scenes.
How do I set up CRM integration?

What happens if my CRM is down?
Your phone system continues to work normally. Calls still come through your SIP trunk and can be answered as usual. Any call data that couldn't be sent to your CRM is queued and delivered automatically once the connection is restored. No calls or data are ever lost.
