🔓 Step 1 — Access NEC WebPro Interface

Log into the NEC web-based administration tool.

Open a browser and go to https://<PBX-IP>:8443/webpro/ (SL2100) or https://<PBX-IP>/webpro/ (SV9100). Log in with your system administrator credentials.

📡 Step 2 — Navigate to SIP Trunk Configuration

Access the SIP trunk settings in WebPro.

Navigate to VoIP → SIP Trunk to create a new SIP trunk connection.
Click "Add" or select an available SIP trunk slot

🎵 Step 4 — Configure Codec Priority

Set the audio codec preferences for optimal call quality.

G.711 u-law is the recommended codec for Jamaica. G.729 uses less bandwidth but requires a license on most NEC systems.

📤 Step 5 — Configure Route Table

Set up outbound call routing through the WOCOM SIP trunk.

If your system uses an ARS (Automatic Route Selection) prefix such as 9, configure digit modification to strip the leading digit before sending to WOCOM.

📥 Step 6 — Configure DID / DISA Routing

Route incoming WOCOM calls to extensions or groups.

✅ Step 7 — Save and Verify Trunk Status

Apply configuration and confirm registration.

The NEC SL2100 requires the VoIP Daughter Board (BE116500) for SIP trunk support. The SV9100 requires the GCD-CP10 VoIP resource blade. Ensure hardware is installed before configuring.
