What happens at 100% minutes?
Alerts at 75%, 90%, and 100%. At 100%, upgrade your plan or purchase add-on minutes. You'll receive email notifications at each threshold.
Can I change the AI voice later?
Yes โ Agent Settings anytime. Takes effect on the next incoming call.
How does billing work?
28-day cycles from signup. Billed at start of each cycle. Minutes = actual AI conversation time.
Can I port my existing number?
Yes for PBX & SIP. For AI, forward your number to your DID or request a port.
How does appointment booking work?
The AI asks callers for their preferred date and time, checks live availability, collects their details, and books the slot. If Google Calendar is connected, the appointment appears on your calendar automatically.
What is Inventory & Pricing?
A Max plan feature that feeds your product catalog, services, or price list to the AI. Connect a Google Sheet, upload an Excel/CSV file, or link a database. The AI uses this data to answer pricing questions.
What phones work with WOCOM?
Polycom VVX (150-600), Poly Edge E, Grandstream, and most SIP-compatible phones.
